Scope of processing

This website is purely informational. It sets no cookies, embeds no third-party services (fonts, maps, videos, social media) and collects no personal data for advertising. Audience measurement runs on a self-hosted Matomo instance without cookies, see below.

Server log files

When you open the site, the hosting provider (Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany) processes technically necessary access data: IP address, date and time, the resource requested, referrer and user agent. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, the legitimate interest in secure and trouble-free operation. This data is deleted within 14 days.

Audience measurement with Matomo

To see how this site is used, we run Matomo, analytics software hosted on our own server in Germany (stats.digo.biz). No data is passed on to third parties. Matomo is configured here to set no cookies, so no consent is required.

Recorded in pseudonymous form are the page visited, date and time, the referring page, the approximate location derived from the shortened IP address, and the browser, operating system and device type. The IP address is shortened before it is stored, and there is no intention of identifying individuals. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, the legitimate interest in designing the site to suit its visitors.

If your browser sends the “Do Not Track” setting, your visit is not counted.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection (Art. 15-21 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. To exercise them, write to info@digosoft.de.
